• We welcome applications from candidates with a PhD and a strong publication record in photonics, optical spectroscopy or material science.
• Previous experience with epitaxial growth, preferably metalorganic vapour-phase epitaxy, would be a strong advantage.

Postdoctoral Scholarships in Netherlands Description: This position offers full-time employment for 1 year, with an initial evaluation period. The possibility excists to extend the contract up to 3 years. The monthly (gross) salary will be determined based upon previous experience as a postdoc (Scale 10 Collective Labour Agreement of the Dutch Universities). There is a vacation allowance and end-of-year-bonus (8 and 8.3% of salary, respectively) and the salary will be raised every year in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement of the Dutch Universities. An attractive package of fringe benefits is offered. Special arrangements with respect to tax (30% rule) might be possible. Also assistance in finding housing can given to new staff members coming from abroad.
