Eligibility:
  • Professional with a doctorate in Information Sciences, Communication Sciences or related fields; Knowledge of academic and operational coverage in the area;
  • Good oral and written communication;
  • Ability to teamwork and ability to relate and manage human resources;
  • Ability to develop information products;
  • Experience with treatment, storage and document management;
  • Experience in filtering, making synthesis, retrieval and having access to information;
  • Working knowledge and technical staff with information systems and Internet;
  • Knowledge and experience with development of databases and indexing systems.
  • Candidates may be Brazilians or foreigners fluent in Portuguese and with a doctoral degree in related fields.

Scholarship Description: The Thematic Research Project “Communication and Censorship: theoretical and documentary analysis of censorship files from the Miroel Silveira Archive” stored by the School of Communication and Arts of the University of São Paulo (ECA-USP) opens up for registrations for Postdocatoral fellowship in Information Management sponsored by Fapesp (São Paulo Research Foundation).
